In the Republic of Artandir it is often said that the president must behave well, otherwise he will end up like Virotich. So who and what exactly are we talking about here?
In fact, we are talking about the events of 2459 on Artandir Prime. Then, in the winter period, a representative of the Ho-nari race named Tsoloatle Jir-Krami Virotich came to power. He got 70% in the elections. He himself was a representative of the Yunials party. But once he became president, the local Bureau of Intelligence found out that Virotic had good relations with the pirates and the Arms Dealers' cartels. Plus, representatives of the Guild of Drug Dealers put pressure on the senators. In other words, the largest republic in the galaxy could be headed by a criminal association. In addition, Virotich was preparing a bill on a large-scale increase in taxes and the removal of bans on the exploration of "galactic mausoleums".
The Bureau then revealed the information to the Galactic Congress and listened to the testimony of the pressured senators. The job was done in one night. The secret services stormed Virotich's palace and arrested him. This was followed by a whole series of arrests in the special services, as accomplices of pirate organizations were identified there.
Since then, the president has been under direct control. Virotich himself received 30 years in prison for numerous crimes and for links with cartels. Soon some cartels surrendered to the Arthandir special forces.

About the mission:
The main task of the player is to capture the presidential residence outside the capital. He takes control of all the best armed forces of the republic. But everything is complicated by the fact that the president also has his own troops, numerous units of personal protection and mercenaries. It is impossible to destroy the presidential palace. He needs to be captured! Only then will the task be completed.
