This is the Jurassic Park Iceberg. For anyone who has no idea what this "iceberg chart" exactly is, ill explain it below:
What is the Iceberg Chart?:
The Iceberg Chart is a chart that contains theories are are factual, debunked, and myths that are out of the blue. These theories are separated into a certain number of layers, the deeper the chart goes, the more weird and disturbing the theories get. This internet trend all started when someone made the chart for the game " Super Mario 64 ", and now there are charts for many games, movies, tv shows, etcetera. In this case, i will be explaining all of the theories that are in the Jurassic Park Iceberg by top to bottom.
NOTE: This chart will change in the far future with new theories and information that i find on the web.
Layer 1: The Surface
Hurricane Iniki
Hurricane Iniki is an hurricane that hit during the filming of Jurassic Park. Even so, with hurricane iniki being the most powerful hurricane to hit to strike the U.S state Hawaii in recorded history. Results from this hurricane has the crew discarding the scene where Ray Arnold trek's to the shed.
Jurassic Park: San Diego
Jurassic Park: San Diego was where John Hammond was originally gonna make the Park in until he abandoned it to build the park on Isla Nublar. Then Peter Ludlow took over the park to build one of his own on Jurassic Park: San Diego.
Mantah Corp
Mantah Corp is a rival company to InGen\Masrani Global which they appear in Camp Cretaceous. As the name of the company "Mantah Corp." is likely an allusion to the mythical manticore.
InGen Deleted Scene
There was a scene in The Lost World: Jurassic Park where it takes place in InGen Headquarters. In where Peter Ludlow Discusses about the people who died during the '93 Incident which he mentions the following: Robert Muldoon, Ray Arnold, Donald Generro, and Dennis Nedry.
The Franchise was suppose to end on TLW
Michael Crichton had it intended for Jurassic Park to end with the ending for The Lost World: Jurassic Park, but Hollywood pushed him to make another sequel, leading to the film Jurassic Park 3.
Baby Trike Deleted Scene
There was suppose to be a scene in Jurassic Park where Lex Murphy would get bumped by a Baby Triceratops. This almost made it to the film but they decided not to do so. 
Roland Tembo Deleted Scene
There is a scene in The Lost World: Jurassic Park where both Roland Tembo and Ajay Sidhu are at a restaurant. With Ajay questioning Roland's intentions on going to Isla Sorna.
Jurassic Park 4
Before the release of Jurassic World, there has been multiple rumors and speculations about the next Jurassic Park movie. As the names were juggled around, one of them being called " Jurassic Park IV " or " Jurassic Park: Extinction ". 
Layer 2: The Middle
Carnotaurus in TLW
There was suppose to be a scene that included a duo of camouflaged Carnotaurus. As there is a scene in the novel The Lost World: Jurassic Park where Sarah Harding and a guy encounters them at an abandon facility. 
InGen's Involvement in Human Cloning
This suggest that InGen while get more involved in human cloning\research after they cloned Maisie Lockwood.
Jurassic World: Survivor
Jurassic World: Survivor is a game that was suppose to be a survival game where you play as Owen Grady, surviving in Isla Nublar. As of course the game was canceled afterwards.
Carnotaurus in JP3
The Carnotaurus was originally gonna appear in Jurassic Park 3, but the animal was later on replaced by the Ceratosaurs.
The JP3 Rex is Junior
This suggest that the Tyrannosaurus in Jurassic Park 3 was Junior in The Lost World: Jurassic Park. As this theory is heavily debunked by many fans alike.
The JP3 Raptors were Henry Wu's attempt to create more accurate dinosaurs
The male velociraptors shown in Jurassic Park 3 suggest that these are Henry Wu's attempts for more accurate dinosaurs suggesting by the quills on the male raptor's head. 
The Buck killed the crewmen in the S.S. Venture
The Buck was the one that went on a rampage and killed off the crewmen in the S.S. Venture.
Spielberg owns the SPAS-12 that was used for the filming of Jurassic Park
Steven Spielberg owns the shotgun that Bob Peck used to Film Jurassic Park
The Spinosaurus was Responsible for the boat attack
In Jurassic Park 3, there is a scene where the boat drives into a cloud of fog, and after the fog passes away it appears that no one is on the boat. This suggest that the Spinosaurus attack the men on the boat while the fog was there.
The Red Raptor in JP3
Before the current designs of the velociraptor for the productions of Jurassic Park 3. They were gonna have raptors that were red with green eyes
The Spinosaurus Skeleton is the Individual from JP3
Theres been speculation that the spinosaurus skeleton in Jurassic World that was displayed in the middle of main street and then later destroyed by Rexy was the individual in JP3, but was later debunked.
Red ( the scrapped raptor for the raptor squad )
Red is a Male Velociraptor from jp3 that was suppose to be part of the raptor squad in Jurassic World. 
Militarized Dinosaurs
This refers to the scrapped scripts for Jurassic Park 4 where the military takes and arms dinosaurs and sends them to missions. As this concept was brought onto the Jurassic World Trilogy where Vic Hoskin had the intentions to use the raptor squad for military use. As well as using the Indoraptor as a military secret weapon.
Ultimasaurus
Ultimasaurus is a super hybrid of mainly consisting of Tyrannosaurus, Velociraptor, Triceratops, Ankylosaurus, and Stegosaurus. This was part of the Chaos Effect toyline as the toy itself was never released. Being one of the rarest Jurassic Park toys out there.
JP4 script involving Dr Grant studying dinosaurs on Sorna
There happens to be scrapped script for Jurassic Park 4 where Dr Grant goes into Isla Sorna and study the dinosaurs to continue his studies in paleontology.
Layer 3: The Bottom
Michael Crichton's Third Book
Michael Crichton hesitated upon making the third novel for the Jurassic Park series but he never made that novel. Leaving it with The Lost World: Jurassic Park.
The I.B.R.I.S Project
Its a project where the do research and test on mainly velociraptors. Blue, Delta, Charlie, and Echo mainly being part of the I.B.R.I.S Project.
Suchomimus in JP3
This species almost took place of the Spinosaurus' role in the film Jurassic Park 3 before they change their mind to have the Spinosaurus play the role instead. As the Suchomimus was mentioned when Dr Grant and Billy Brennan were inspecting the tooth of the Spinosaurus.
Paddock 10
In Jurassic World, Claire Dearing ask lowery to release the gates for Paddock 9, releasing Rexy the '93 Rex. Many fans have been speculating of what was in Paddock 10. Most think that the Spinosaurus was inside of Paddock 10, perhaps the individual from Jurassic Park 3. Or some think that it was one of the Carcharodontosauridae family.

This is a quote from Dr Grant in Jurassic Park 3 were they were at the abandoned InGen research facility.

The 5th Member of the Raptor Squad
Supposedly, the fifth member of the raptor squad is one of the Velociraptors from Jurassic Park.
The White Indoraptor
It was planned that there would be a second indoraptor with it being an albino. With two them fighting each other to the death, being the black one winning the fight.
Site C
This was also advertised in the Jurassic Park 3 toyline that there is another island called Site C. There was also another scrapped Jurassic Park 4 script with teenagers heading to Site C.
Jurassic Park: Extinction
This is another concept for Jurassic Park 4. With the story involving a fatal disease that will kill off all of the dinosaurs.
The Spinosaurus was made to keep off poachers
The Spinosaurus was created to specifically scare off poachers as poachers come to the island frequently.
Ajay's death deleted scene
This scene takes place in the tall grass sequence as it shows ajay standing there in the middle of the tall grass. Accepting his fate as he gets eaten alive by the velociraptors, as in the film you can hear ajay screaming in the background as malcolm and the group notice his screams.
The Spinosaurus is the first hybrid
The Spinosaurus is a mutant hybrid that was discarded and left abandoned during the hurricane and evacuation. Which leaving the Individual being the first hybrid before the Indominus Rex.
Hidden Butterfly Effect in TLW
Throughout the film The Lost World: Jurassic Park, it demonstrates the Butterfly Effect of how one small thing can make a huge course of change within moments of time.
Herny Wu's Death
This has occurred in the novel as Wu was mauled to death by a pack of velociraptors. This has been speculated to be in Jurassic World: Dominion as many think Henry Wu will die in that film.
Jurassic Park: Survival
This is a canceled game that was around during the release of Jurassic Park 3. This is about surviving in Isla Sorna, with going through obstacles, fighting against dinosaurs and poachers.
Robert Muldoon Survived the raptor attack
This is suggesting of how Robert Muldoon survived the raptor attack in the novel. Many say that he escaped and hid inside the sewer system of Jurassic Park. With possibly with muldoon dying off eventually while being left behind on the island.
JPOG missing content
In the game Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis, there were alot of features that were scrapped in the game. Such as even more unique dinosaur species, building upgrades, garages, fence gates for vehicles tp drive through the fences, and much more.
The carnotaurus from Camp Cretaceous is the same one in Fallen Kingdom
The carnotaurus from the show might have appeared in the events on the film Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
Buck and Doe are Rexy's Cousins
Both Buck, Doe, and Rexy were siblings when they were born on Isla Sorna, with Rexy being transported to be the main attraction for Jurassic Park.
Owen Grady is the Young Boy in Jurassic Park
The young boy who was scared by Dr Grant's lessons about Velociraptors grew up to study and wrangle with Velociraptors himself.
Jurassic Park: Europe
Jurassic Park: Europe was planned by John Hammond as the park would've been built on the Azores Islands. As well as it was advertised in the background during the diner scene with the group.
Layer 4: Dark Waters
The Excavaraptor
The Excavaraptor is a scrapped concept for a script for Jurassic Park 4. As these raptors had mole-like abelites with their long claws and hands as their entire body was black.
Dennis Nedry's Fate in the Novel
Dennis' death in the novel was more gruesome than what was shown in the film. The Dilophosaurus was full grown as well as it looked different as it would slice open nedry's intestines and bite him by the head and swing him to death.
Failed Subject A-2
Subject A-2 was part of the I.B.R.I.S Project as this was one of the Jurassic Park-styled velociraptors. As this individual didn't seem to survive as it unknown as to the cause of its death.
The JP3 Rex was suppose to have a more gruesome death
In Jurassic Park 3, the rex was suppose to die a more terrible way. As the spinosaurus would not only slash the rex more, but it would rip the head off of the animal after the right.
John Hammond's Death
John's death was brought over to the film The Lost World: Jurassic Park. In the novel, John Hammond would die by breaking his leg as he would slowly be eaten alive by Procompsognathus.
There were more than one Spinosaurus in JP3
There were more than that individual during the events of Jurassic Park 3. As they made more than one of them on the island. Possibly the Spinosaurus in certain scenes weren't the same individual.
Eric Kirby works for Jurassic World
Eric Kirby would soon get a job at Jurassic World years after the events of Jurassic Park 3. Even so, with him safely evacuating the Park during the 2015 Incident in Jurassic World.
Dr Grant was suppose to appear in TLW
There were plans for Dr Grant to join alongside Ian Malcolm in the events of The Lost World: Jurassic Park, But that was turned down for unknown reasons.
Dilophospinus
Dilophospinus is a toy from the Chaos Effect Toyline, with it being a hybrid of the Dilophosaurus and Spinosaurus.
Hammond's first Park was built in 1969
Jurassic Park wasn't the first park Hammond built. His first park was a zoo called " Animal Kingdom ", where he first hires Robert Muldoon as the game warden, and soon to be the game warden for Jurassic Park.
Chaos Effect TV Show
The Chaos Effect Toyline was a promotion for the canceled TV Show that was suppose to take place after the events of The Lost World: Jurassic Park where scientist test with dinosaur DNA, with the results going terribly wrong.
Dinosaurs have Migrated throughout the Five Deaths
Apparently, dinosaurs have found their way to be living on the islands of the Five Deaths. Reason might be through unsupervised boat transportation, breeding, or through someone else behind this. As the dinosaurs populate in these islands.
T-rex breaking the wall deleted scene
In the end of Jurassic Park, there was some Mandela Effect where people thought they saw a scene where the t-rex would break itself into the visitor center, saving the guest from the raptors killing them. As this is suppose to be an explanation as to how the trex got inside the visitor center without causing property damage.
Ellie Sattler grabbing the leaf deleted scene
There was a less than a second deleted scene where Ellie would grab the leaf from the jungles. As it can be seen in the trailers for the movie. 
Ray Arnold's Trek to the Shed Scene
There was suppose to be a scene where it shows Ray Arnold walking to the shed that ellie goes to eventually. This scene was scrapped due to hurricane Iniki.
Hurricane Iniki almost killed one of the cast
Hurricane iniki almost killed one of the main cast of the film during the dangeruos storm.
Malcolm was suppose to appear in JP3
Malcolm was planned to appear with Dr Grant in JP3 but was later on scrapped for unknown reasons.
Harrison Ford almost got the role as Dr Grant
Speilberg asked Harrison Ford if he can play the role as Dr Grant but he wasn't interested in it at the end. There are concept art with Harrison Ford as Dr Grant.
Ariana Richards cried because kenner didn't make a action figure of her
The actor of Lex Murphy got upset and cried because kenner didn't make a action figure of her character but they made one for the actor of Tim Murphy.
Amanda Kirby's Involvement with the Indominus Rex
So amanda kirby was involve with the creation of the Indominus Rex by purposely releasing the pteresaurs out of the bird cage.
Donald Generro was suppose to survive
During the actor's transport to the scenes, the actor of donald generro suggested Jeff Goldblum that his character should live and that Jeff Goldblum's character should die. They took this idea to Speilberg to stick with Ian Malcolm surviving the incident.
Ellie Sattler was suppose to be in TLW
Ellie Sattler was suppose to be involved in the events of The Lost World: Jurassic Park. Along with Dr Grant and Ian Malcolm in that journey in Isla Sorna.

Project Evilution
Project Evilution is a horror attraction where its about a evil scientist doing extreme experiments with people and dinosaurs. As the results would go into chaos and the experiments would roam Isla Nublar.
The Malusaurus
This is suppose to be the main hybrid for Jurassic Park 4, then almost became the antagonist for Jurassic World before the I-rex.
Diabolus Rex
This was another concept for the main Antagonist for Jurassic Park IV. Before the came with the idea for Malusaurus and Indomimus Rex.
" Desert Raptors "
These sets of Velociraptors were also part of the I.B.R.I.S Project.
" Jeanie "
" Jeanie " is a troodon that was part of the I.B.R.I.S Project. 
Jurassic World is part of the MCU
This suggest that Owen Grady is connected with Star Lord as a alternate dimension in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
All Dinosaurs in Sorna are Dead
The dinosaurs on Isla Sorna are dead due to either the carnivores killing off the herbivores or from a fatal dsiease that wiped out all of them.
Human Hybrids
This concept for Jurassic Park IV was suggested by Kathleen Kennedy. The same person who directed the Star Wars Sequel Trilogy.
Fallen Kingdom has Religious Significance
The dinosaurs being transported off of Isla Nublar representing Noah's Ark. And mount Sibo's eruption represents God's Wrath\Worldwide Flood. As Ellie Mils represents Satan and Benjamin Lockwood as God.

Malcolm was suppose to die in Jurassic Park
Malcolm was suppose to die from major blood lose after being thrown by the T-rex trying to give Dr Grant more time to save the kids under the Ford Explorer.
Costa Rica Napalm Bombing
As demonstrated in the end of the novel, the military was sent to napalm strike Isla Nublar to kill off every dinosaur on the Island and what's left in it. This was mentioned in the game Jurassic Park: The Game.

This is the disease that would fatally kill of the dinosaurs from Isla Sorna as shown in the Novel. As this maybe speculated to have a place in Jurassic World: Dominion.
Jurassic Park existed in the WestWorld Universe
This was suppose to be one of the attempts in the westworld universe. As the westworld franchise does havee plenty of Jurassic Park easter eggs in it. With that, having some relations betweent the two.
Owen Grady was part of the Rescue Team in JP3
As Owen Grady used to be part of the Navy, its a possibility that he was the rescue team when they went to Isla Sorna to rescue Alan Grant and the group.
Jurassic Park is a Metaphor of The Garden Of Eden
Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler represent Adam and Eve, Hammond as God, Dennis Nedry as Satan, and Isla Nublar as The Garden Of Eden.
The Tyrannosaurus Rex Represents God
The T-rex in Jurassic Park represents God as the examples are the trex killing those that are evil and saving the good people from evil.
Henry Wu planned the disasters for Both Jurassic Park and Jurassic World
Herny Wu planned these disasters for the sake of his own experiments and studies with InGen's creatures.

Its a project run by Dr Corts as she created humans the same way InGen created the dinosaurs. She only created three of them, one is an adult, and the rest are prototypes, with their main purpose is to serve her as servants.

John and Ian both contrast from each other, white and black, birghtful and dark, as John makes the paradise and Ian points out his flaws.
The Animatronic T-rex almost killed a crewmate during inspection
A crewman almost died while trying to clean the insides of the animatronic as the trex itself would move by itself.
Maisie Lockwood is a human dinosaur hybrid
This suggest that she was an experiment with mixture of dinosaur D.N.A. Many think that she will show those traits in Jurassic World: Dominion.
The Animatronic T-rex moved on its own during production
The trex would start moving on its own, scaring dozens of crewmates because the exposure to water would make it shiver on its own, and then start to malfunction.
Hammond's Last Words were " Life Finds a Way "
Supposedly, John Hammonds last words were " Life Finds a Way " before he died after the event of The Lost World: Jurassic Park. As that was the last words before the film ended showing off the dinosaurs on Isla Sorna.

Its the main hybrid for the horror attraction Project Evilution.
" Dr Grant is Missing or Dead "
This was said by Sam Neil during the interview for the movie " Hunt for the Wilderpeople ". As he was asked of where Dr Grant went in the Jurassic Park Universe. As think is obviously debunked as Dr Grant and the Original crew will make a return in Jurassic World: Dominion.
" Dr Grant is the astronomer as Owen Grady is the Astronaut "
In Jurassic Park 3, There's a quote that goes like this:
Alan Grant: " I have a theory that there are two kinds of boys. There are those that want to be astronomers, and those that want to be astronauts. The astronomer, or the paleontologist, gets to study these amazing things from a place of complete safety. "
Paul Kirby: " But then you never get to go into space. "
Alan Grant: " Exactly. That's the difference between imagining and seeing: to be able to touch them. And that's... that's all that Billy wanted. "
This suggest that Dr Grant is the astronomer, who studies dinosaurs from a safe place as Owen Grady is the Astronaut, who goes out there and physically studies with the dinosaurs.
