A Spawnmenu to spawn NPC's and props.
Ch_createairboat and ch_createjeep no longer needs sv_cheats
Ent_create and ent_remove dont need sv_cheats
Ent_create/ent_remove will not spawn or remove important entities to prevent server crashes
Basic messy PhysGun is added
Impulse 101 doesn't need sv_cheats
Noclip doesn't need sv_cheats (can be controlled by hn_nocheats_noclip if needed)
Added the Jeep vehicle from HL2
sv_infinite_aux_power is now 1 by default and can be changed without sv_cheats by the server operator
A new modern GameUI
New cvar: hn_give_all 0/1/2 - controls what weapons you spawn with, 0 is none and 2 is every weapon
Added headlights to the jeep, you can control them with flashlight bind
Added a grappling hook weapon.
The create server option in the menu has some new settings for the new H&N cvars
Vehicles don't stutter when being driven
Now, when a player enters a vehicle, nobody's camera is reset to 0 0 0
