Welcome to 16th Dawn of the Dead DevReport everyone! Today we’re going to show you Renegades faction infantry units.
Renegades faction has a most diverse infantry composition. From marauders and bandits to renegade soldiers with very different small arms, equipment and training. They don’t have standards and use what they managed to find in the Red Zone for their own survival.
- Scavengers Group:
A group of scavengers and looters. The cheapest and weakest infantry unit of Renegades faction.
- Bandits Group:
A group of local robbers. They have civilian small arms and gear.
- Convicts Group:
Former prisoners escaped from local prisons. Equipped with police gear and small arms.
- Insurgents Squad:
Paramilitary group of survivors. They use military small arms and equipment but a poor training.
- Renegades Infantry Squad:
Former military. They have a better equipment, training and small arms among other squads.
- Renegades Heavy Infantry Squad:
Special unit. Renegades infantry squad reinforced with steel sheets and additional armor plates. They have extremely high HP but low movement speed. Cannot be infected.
- Single & unit teams:
Besides classic units as single rifleman, rifleman, machine gun and anti-tank teams, sniper and officer (reduces CP) they have a special units. Among them: rifleman with 40-mm M79 grenade launcher, Molotov cocktail thrower and suicide bomber. Suicide bomber equipped with detonator and is able to blow himself up using a detonator or he will explode when he dies. Extremely dangerous for enemy vehicles and infantry.
