Nope, Full Metal Jacketed ammunition in real life obviously has a metal jacket. Now, in the Zone they are creating a "New" standard type of ammunition. Cheap, crappy but does the job. From what I believe, old bullets from pre 1900's didn't have metal jackets. Anyway, If I have made a mistake I will probably just replace them with Soft-Point ammunition.
