This is an unofficial, non-full and possibly incorrect (as it was done with google translate) English translation for the Red Alert 3 War of Powers mod version 0.64E, already packed into .big/.skudef format. Proven to work with latest EA App version of Red Alert 3 (if 4gb patched).
