This build is a combination of the E3 and Retail builds to form a glimpse into what the beta might have looked like. Features of this build are: Scrapped music being reimplemented, E3/beta UI, beta lighting and effects, reimplemented scrapped assets into the map, beta garage/paintshop.
Fixed an issue that prevented the game from creating a save file in turn making the game unplayable from a fresh save.
Minor fix. A couple other things are messed up, but will be fixed in the release of 3.2 very soon.
