After an invasion to your vault by demons, you need to leave the vault and while opening the vault and escaping safely, you find a ruined city, completly devastated by demons and nuclear waste, you need to travel and find a new place to call home, but in your path you could find a lot of monsters of the radiation and hell demons, new governments, and new tribes and survivors of the nuclear Holocaust.
