A Hard Mode for Mafia 1! This mod gives a Mafia fan, such as yourself, a set of brand new challenges across all 20 missions, along with Lucas Berthone and Free Ride Extreme. For a skilled Mafioso, this isn't insanely difficult, however it does make for a refreshing playthrough with these new (often subtle) additions, so if you're looking for an excuse to replay the game, this is it!
Some enemies have better weapons, better shooting skill or more health, Paulie and Sam can now be arrested, the player can now carry only 3 clips/magazines per weapon, there are stricter time limits and watch out for civilians - if they die, it's on you! The mod adds a lot of restrictions to the game, many of them are hidden, waiting for you to discover them.
