Description
Basic Weapon Sway is an addon that imitates weapon swaying in Modern FPS games. Not only that, you can also invert horizontal swaying, and add a vertical shift (for tall sprites only, otherwise short sprites would appear to be cut off). This addon is compatible with GZDoom versions above 3.8.2.

how much different than Universal Weapon Sway Updated.pk3 ?
Late reply... Anyways, this differs from the other one based on features and compatibility.
My version has only a few features but is compatible with GZDoom versions 3.8.2 and above, while the Universal Weapon Sway version has more features, but is only compatible with Modern GZDoom versions (specifically 4.3.3 if I recall).
what mod is that in the gif?
WW2 Weapon Pack for Brutal Doom. The weapon there is the Kar98k.
