Well, you can bind keys in the options menu to companion commands. Numpad is pretty good for it, I found.

Yeah, comrade) I noticed them only after the addon was published.
Better to spend 1 minute in controls section than 1 day in Lua scripts...
Morale of the story xD

Error states that you are missing base.ltx in your gamedata folder. The addon doesnt touch this file. Problem is caused somewhere else

Nice idea, could be handy for others things too, so its good to experiment with ti. But default companion shortcuts that you can bind to eg, numpad keys work pretty good, but having graphic visualization is really nice tho

Thanks, pan paranolia. I first came up with the idea to implement such menu, and then I thought about what functionality to attach.
The second step was more difficult =\

This is Battlefield 2 dejavu. Not a bad game, and this is not a bad idea, and I more preferer than the numpad.

Looks good. Is there a way to change the binding to bring up the menu? I click the mouse wheel for sprinting. Cheers :-)

I am sorry for such inconvenience, comrade. I hardcoded it to avoid conflicts with main menu mods. However, the addon archive contains instructions in txt file about how to change the hotkey.

Next, when Companions follow me and I set destination point via hotkey and companions will go there, in Quick Menu I have still "Wait here" (and they will wait there) but if I press movement hot key, they will follow me from destination point.

I have a quick question, how does the game run lua scripts? I've tried looking online, but the 'modding' tutorials are... bland. (ps, I want to make a mod that disallows the player to loot corpses they did not kill.)

This is bundled in with LD 1.3 by default. Is there any way of removing this add on completely from LD 1.3 as I need the middle mouse button for something else and messing around with the AXR toolkit is irritating.

Scratch that - sorted it out with the toolkit. Turns out it was not as difficult as I thought it would be. It works great now :-)

hello. I can tell my companions to wait and to go stealth mode. but I can't get them to follow me and exit stealth with the menu. I believe it is a bug. I've tried fix it by dismissing and recruiting them again to no avail
