First Unzip the file into a folder!

Second Find your vice city dir

EXAMPLE C:/ProgramFile86/RockstarGames/GrandTheftAutoViceCity/Skins

Put the BMP file into the skins folder then Run vice city

New game or a Save file load in and press ESC go to options and double click on kawaii tommy boi and make

sure USE SKIN IS GREY that means you are using that skin! also make sure you are wearing the default outfit

and you should be good to go mans
