Modified config files for 60fps amongst other improvements.
Unzip the download file and copy the files to your Spore installation "DataEP1\Config" folder. BACKUP YOUR CONFIG FOLDER FIRST.
Changes include:
- Enabling 60fps
- Disabled validation so you can save Creatures with 3rd Party parts.
- Disabled game start movie.
Use a tool like WinMerge if you want to compare Config files and pick-and-choose changes manually.
