Mod looks very cool and I'm looking forward the checking it out. That said, the following statement is not about the mod, but about a comment I saw in relation to it on Doomworld where I do not have an account. The topic endlessly annoys me and I felt the need to vent.
If I could I would ban every person that whines about "vanilla compatibility" in DOOM mods from the Internet. It's been almost 30 years since DOOM came out. We've progressed quite a bit since then; it's time to accept it. Don't misinterpret me, I don't think there is anything wrong with making vanilla WADs or using a vanilla engine, but if a mod/WAD comes out that isn't vanilla compatible, please just shut the hell up and don't play it if it not being "vanilla" bothers you. Nobody cares that you're going to have to go soooooo far out of your way to download a modern source-port in order to play it. It's not a challenge to go to a website, download a zip-file and extract it. Don't play it if it doesn't suit your specific tastes, but just stop complaining.
Gotta agree with you on the whiny crap. But then again, to each his/her own. Why not lighten up a wee bit?
My body is ready.
come to dadddddyy
Uh uh...Come to grandma!
I had trouble finding the way past the broken bridge on map01. There just didn't seem to be a direct path even with the jumping.
The Sword on the warrior needs to be adjusted slightly via the SBARinfo or via Slade itself. I know because I use that same sword in a few of my mods. Lagi, the guy who made the original version, is a saint of a modder.
there is visible grey rocky platform to the left of the bridge you jump and you follow that path and jump across the other grey rocky platforms to get to the other side
thanks for that.
You mentioned something about an update on DoomWorld but didn't actually post a link to it.
