hud_draw 1 fixes it.
Somehow the crosshair doesn't appear though, it's just the hud, i guess it's better than nothing.

I sincerely apologize for that, it was a little rushed when I posted the archive. I see that you have already been helped, but for everyone else, I told you that I re-posted the archive with the corrected configuration.
Pretty great work on this first release!
I have found a few code-related bugs however, Sniper Grunts don't drop any Sniper Rifle ammo, and the switch to last used weapon function doesn't work with the Rocket Launcher (switching to the lighter pressing the flashlight key still works fine tho).

Will the big hud on the left top be made smaller or replaced? Because i dont know about anyone else but that thing is a real eye soar to me so would really appreciate it if that would be changed with this new invasion (or removed). Because I really like(d) invasion, think its a really good mod but the hud is kind of detrimental to that.

I wrote in the news about the HUD redesign planned for Release 2.
Very good work on this first release.
I understand that this part is meant to be a visual upgrade, but man the tank driving section did not age well, even Gunman Chronicles tank section had smoother driving controls and weapon functionality (and that was released a few years prior to Invasion).
I hope the controls/movement for it are improved, and the combat functions of it too, like maybe make the cannons fire shell projectiles instead of being hitscan (and add in some sort of reticle or crosshair to give an idea of where my shots land).
Aside from that and other glaring gameplay issues, great stuff so far.
Also, shouldn't just the main guns of the tank rotate vertically (up and down) and not the whole turret?
As stated before in the articles, all gameplay fixes/changes/additions will be introduced in Release 2.
i like so far but for some reason the hgrunts are using the spanish voices instead of their english ones like the rocket grunt and nightvision thing from the ir taurus is kinda a bit too noisey idk if that was in the original game and the rocket pickup seem to be missing a icon from the hud i guess
Well the thing is, there hasn't been any work on the voiceover yet(dakashi only recently released an early version, but so far only Barney and the Scientists are ready), about the noisy taurus, yes, that's the original shot sound. Also the fact that the rocket launcher doesn't have a pick up icon, but that's original too, thanks for pointing that out by the way, my team and I will take that into consideration.
No I think what he means by noise regarding the IR Taurus is the film grain effect when it's infra-red function is turned on, he's asking if you could possibly tone it down or add an option to reduce film grain/screen noise.

crashing on transition from l5m3 to l5m4 with an error "Mod_NumForName: models/mapmodels/outro_mirror.mdll not found". couldn't find the file in models, windows defender quarantine is also empty, downloaded the mod archive with firewall off, checked it, no "outro_mirror.mdll" there too, googled the file, cant find any mentions of that, couldn't find the file in Half-Life folder in general, anyone having the same issue?
