This adds inventory item that can provide illumination in dark places.
After my first encounter with these pretty things I just wanted to give many of these to player. They can provide a nice ambience with their light color along with warm & cozy idle sound. Also, it lifespan can be kinda configured in GUI, so they can disappear after 1 minute of after 1 hour, if you want to. By the way, "Enter" script that gives them to the player has unique name (damn numerical script IDs), so it must not to break anyone's map.
V2: Now with seven colors of choice (red, green, blue, yellow, cyan, magenta and white). Also it has some physics, so it not gonna be lost forever in the backrooms now.
Would be nice if those flares could be thrown at far distances, but well I guess I will figure out how to code it myself.

I've updated both flares and chemlights.
Now you have 7 colors to choose from.
And also now these things have some kind of physics.
