I have plenty of games to play besides the Half-Life series, I always look for more new ones, but Half-Life holds a special place in my heart and forever gonna be my nunber 1 video game series.

You mentioned "Give ideas" as in suggestions for maps?
Well, if you lack time you could make smaller infantry combat maps similar to Counter Strike or Day of Defeat.
Not as many statics with interiors in BF so one would have to be creative for CQB, but it can be done.
I might make TDM maps which i like playing it as well.
