Release time!
After being Greenlit in just 12 days back in February, we've had our heads down working hard to get DAT ready for Steam Early Access, and we're excited to be able to tell you that the moment is imminent!
DAT is now stable and very fun to play.
Here are some of the features that will be available from launch:
- Convert any mp3, ogg or m4a music file into a unique, stunt-packed racetrack and drive it in sync with the audio.
- "Creator" status for the first player to create a track from a song.
- Overall and genre based charts so the best tracks can rise to the top.
- Challenge your friends and race their ghost cars on track.
- Unlockable vehicles based on music genre, and "easter egg" cars tied to secret songs.
- Genre-based vehicles to purchase with tokens you can pick up on track.
- Full controller support.
