Hey everyone; this is a bit of a detour from my current projects, but I thought this would be nice for the C&C community to have easy access to.
As we all may or may not know, several versions of the C&C games only come with either a select handful of languages to choose from upon installation or solely the English language pack (The Ultimate Collection, for example). The technical support and help guides on CNCNZ.com indicate that there should be more languages to choose from due to the number of patches available in other languages aside from the ones we see on the Steam/Origin store page. It has also been noted that one cannot simply apply a patch containing their desired language unless the language’s 1.0 files and language.csf file is present.
Due to this issue and the lack of a reliable source for these language packs, I brought it upon myself to hunt down each language pack for each of the games’ revisions and create my own installers for you, the community :D
This blog post will mainly serve as a reference list to each pack and will be updated whenever a new language pack is uploaded onto my account. Details about each language pack will be within the pack's corresponding link below. Each pack can be installed using the provided installers that I made myself.
Many of these language packs require the English language pack to be installed first (most installations come with the English language by default); however, if this is not the case for you, the English language pack is also available in the list below.
Disclaimer 1: If your game is already patched to the latest version, then just run the language pack's installer.
Disclaimer 2: Disk users, these language packs DO NOT patch your games to their proper versions! You must patch your games prior to using these installers (the English patch tends to work the best). Steam and Origin users don't have to worry about this part, as their games are already patched accordingly (I may add this feature at a later date).

1, downlow you language the (.exe file)
2, click .exe file and click next, next, untill finish.
3, go red alread3, use you mose right click and chooice last one, then fill -UI. its work.

Maybe its Possible to upload all german Language packs for the Command and Conquer ultimate Edition???
All language packs listed above work for all distributions of the Command and Conquer games--including The Ultimate Collection! All German language packs for the above 4 games are available for download.
The included installer for each language pack should be able to detect your game installation and install the necessary files where they should go.
Are you talking about a specific game from The Ultimate Collection that you would like to have the German language files for that is not listed above?

CNC3TW was sold in Chinese mainland by the "middle visual network element" agent, and the simplified Chinese translation work was done by them, though their translation was very bad.
It seems that you can only obtain this version of language files by purchasing the CD version, because origin only has EA's official traditional Chinese language pack.
CNC3KW has not been sold in Chinese mainland for some reasons. But EA has made simplified Chinese language pack for this purpose. As far as I know, the simplified Chinese version of KW has deleted the global conquest mode, but it has not been approved by the Chinese mainland government.
There is no official simplified Chinese language pack for RA3 and RA3U. However, a number of game communities have produced language packs for this purpose, and adapted Steam and CnC 17th Anniversary versions.
Unfortunately, I don't have the official simplified Chinese language pack of TW and KW. If you find it, please let me know.
In addition, I hope you can collect CnC4TT language files.

There are no components available when I install
If you're working with a cracked copy, it's likely that it can't find your game. If it's on the EA Desktop app and not Origin, then that is something I'm looking into.

I want to ask you about CNC 3 language patches. In modDB, the Thai language patches the text [Exists, found]. I don't understand what it means. It's not finished, or there is some issue that you can't resolve. This is all I want to Ask you.

Hi, I appreciate all the work that went into this!
I'm not sure if you're still reading comments here, but I'm trying to install the Korean patch for Tiberium Wars, and I can't check either box, "install" or "automatically set language". It's listed as 0.0 kb and I can't click either of them although the game is installed.
For reference, I'm using the Steam version.
Is it just that it can't find the files? Or am I doing something wrong?
