OneDrive refuses to work so here's a Moddb upload. Just add the extracted "!ZHE8UI_97.zip" file from "ZHE8UI_97_ARCHIVE.zip" using Gen Launcher "Add addon for Zero Hour Enhanced from files" in the "Addons for Zero Hour Enhanced" tab.
