Update: There were two mistakes that I somehow missed, but Major.ThinhZero pointed them out to me. They are:

1) the line in thoughts about Squad Oscar beign wiped about by the aliens, even though the squad's name was November
2) a line in captions with the word "received" beign misspelled so instead it read "recieved"
