Everything is working. Do you install CLEO library? For working of this mod, must be installed CLEO 4 library (archive with mod contains it). Please, write me PM and I will help you with technical nuances.

How TO Install The Cleo 4Library
Just open CLEO installer ("CLEO 4 (v4.1.1.30f).exe") from archive with mod and select folder with your GTA San Andreas.

I have installed the mod but when the installation is complete it says
Mod.bat is missing from models gta sanandreas so what to do
Late answer, but maybe someone have the same problem. This is because of not all the files were extracted from the installer. Maybe antivirus or firewall stopped the extraction. Try to reinstall again with disabled firewall or antivirus.
