It has been exactly a week since our Beta 1 release and while it has been somewhat of a rocky experience we are overall happy with the reception of the mod. However, that is not to say we are sitting on our hands! We have been playing the mod along with you and while listening to your criticism and suggestions posted on our Game Feedback and Bug Feedback forum are hard at work engineering a v1.01 hot patch to make your playing experience more enjoyable. We have already squashed the diabolical lag strafe bug and are hard at work balancing and refining some of the mod's more rough edges. Remember, we need your help to make the game you want to play. You are encouraged to sign up on the forum and share your opinion! Most of you have become DarkAgent and work with us to test new fix and balancing of the next patch update.
Now looking to the flowering community, we would like to recognize the rendering talents of hl2mods.info. Keep an eye on the thread as hl2mods.info likes to surprise us with new renders every so often. On a slightly more demented and hilarious note, Xanatos and crew compiled our first PDS machinima production. In case you were wondering, Iggy threw the cheese away because he is french or something. Also, be sure the check out the Customization forum and see what the community is offering for download.
Hopefully our next news update will contain a link to v1.01 and then we can shift gears to getting some new content released. Once again we thank you for your support and hope you stick around to see what we have in store.
