If you already have the repack installed, you do NOT need this, just make sure that you are using the latest update from "S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly Repack Updates"
When updating from a version before Update 1.2.1 it's recommended, but not necessary to start a new game. But enabling Dynamic Anomalies in the game settings requires a new game or will cause problems, so keep it disabled if you continue playing an existing save.
Known Issues
For some people DX10 is still a bit unstable. If you have problems with random crashes, try DX11 instead. According to feedback from affected players, it removed their crashes almost completely. If you don't have issues with DX10, stick to it, it's still the recommended renderer.
If you get low FPS, you can also try to turn off SSAO and reduce the view distance a bit. Switching to the DX9 Enhanced renderer might also improve performance with some graphics cards.
The first time you load Anomaly, you may get a black screen for a while before the main menu is showing. Have some patience, it can take between 30-60 seconds if that happens. Next time you start the game, it's most likely going to be much faster.

Update 1.3.1
- Fixed the "too unsafe to sleep" bug when trying to sleep in a bed
- Made fire starters work the same way as matches
Update 1.3.0
- Fixed some incorrectly referenced weather skymaps
- Added 10 new artifacts, 9 of them can be found in the game (based on Zone Expanded Artefacts mod)
- Added some rare new loot to some of the more annoying mutants to make fighting them more rewarding
- Better integration of the level "Meadow", some houses are now considered shelter, psi storms and emissions are enabled in this level again
- Ammo prices at traders are now showing price per pack, this makes them easier to compare
- Removed an ugly light cone effect from the flashlight, thanks to paranoiia8 for creating this change
- Mutant loot mechanics fixed, they are now working correctly but may be more annoying than before, feedback appreciated and it will influence the future direction of this change
- Animations and effects adjusted for using certain items, the results of opening cans, disassembling weapons/armor and some other animation should now no longer be delayed
- Fixed an issue with matches, sometimes match boxes were not recognized when trying to light a cigarette
- Balanced some mutants (cats, chimeras, giants)
- Some text fixes
- Some stability and performance improvements for the engine
- Balanced prices for many of the repair kits
- Incomplete Field Crafting Overhaul crafting kits can now be dropped or placed in stashes, they won't be stuck in the players inventory anymore
- Rebalanced effects of most food, drinks, drugs, and medicine to fit better with the time scale in Anomaly
- Tents are now useful again, they were shielded so that they provide cover from emissions and psi storms, that also makes them a safe place for sleeping bags
- Fixed crow limit per level, crows should no longer try to take over the world

Update 1.2.1
- Dynamic Faction Relations improvements, an existing save should be adjusted automatically and can be continued, but to get the benefit of all improvements a new game is needed.
- Reduced limit of crows in levels, takes full effect in new games but only prevents respawning of too many crows in existing saves, will not kill existing crows
- New option in the settings menu: Toggle Aim
- New option in the settings menu: Grass Shadow
- Repeatable Quest cooldown times reduced, NPC's get new quests faster
- Reward stashes should be closer than before, most of the time either current level or and adjacent level
- Quest engine overhaul, NPC should give out quest with targets in a nearby level more often, rarely quests that require you to travel to the other side of the zone
- NPC squad respawn times reduced, it should now take less time for new stalkers and mutants to respawn
- New option in the settings menu: Weapon Degradation Factor

- Added Dynamic Anomalies mod, it's OFF by default, enabling it requires a new game or will cause problems
- Updated Dynamic HUD, using the recently released LD port of it
- Repair prices at mechanics are more balanced now by default, but still very expensive if Hardcore Economy is enabled
- Helicopter spawn probability increased when helicopters are turned on in the game settings, still possible that they don't spawn for a while, but they are more likely to spawn now
- Disabled base defense mission in Yantar, it's not fun and probably broken, so it's disabled until I find time to fix it properly
