Revamps the Chaos Daemons and Ork survival profiles for DoW: Unification. Both Soulstorm and the Unification mod are hard requirements.
Installation: Drop the folder in your Soulstorm directory.
Alternively: Pick the profile(s) you want and drop them into Soulstorm//Unification_Bugfix/Data/scar/SurvivalAttacks
The original files are present in the backup folder in case you need to revert the files.

Chaos Daemons
Changes:
- lord receives upgrades on hard or above over the course of the match now
- no more Defiler spam on heroic, instead spawns a lord and an assortment of regular units (Bloatfly, horrors, fiends, bloodletters)
- a new secondary heroic mechanic, it randomly spawns a daemonic cohort attached to one of the 4 Dark Gods to attack the player
Orks
- now receive general upgrades throughout the course of the match if playing hard or above
- no more Waaaghboss spam on heroic. Drastically toned down the amount of Waaaghbosses and Gorgutz' being spawned in and replaced them with Mad Doks.
- no more artillery spam. Instead, it randomly chooses one of the heavy tanks and spawns it, putting it closer to most other factions' artillery spawns.
- tweaked general waves spawn lists a little
- slightly tweaked heroic mechanic
- new secondary heroic mechanic, randomly spawns an assortment of Orks to assist the assault. Adjusted both mechanics' timers to not spawn overwhelming numbers at once early in the game.
Known Issues: CD Furies still attack player base instead of capturing the critical location. Likely an AI issue that cannot be fixed on my end.
I've grown a bit tired and / or annoyed of the original profile behaviours - Chaos Daemons dropping in 4 Defilers early in the game with little to no chance of defeating them, and Orks spamming Gorgutz and artillery wasn't my kind of fun,
so I decided to rework the profiles a bit. They may or may not be balanced but hopefully present a decent challenge to the player.
Warning!
Due to how old the original DoW engine is, it is recommended to use medium settings on 4 player coop maps and beyond. The game can only handle 4gb of ram with Unification's LAA patch on no matter how powerful your system is.
At the very least, set the options for "Persisting bodies" and "Persistent Scarring" to "low" to minimize risk of crashing!
