Ex: Creating an Amazon empire no longer dejure drifts every titular kingdom on the map. -Small tweaks. Ex: Max entertainment option at Debauch now increases duration of most positive modifiers earned via events, and AI rulers properly consider nearby plagues when deciding to host a Debauch.
