CPKREDIR, developed by Korama(Tech Member over at sonicretro.org), allows users to redirect the loading of any files stored inside the game's CPK Pack archives, to any external folder. It's the best solution available currently for both distributing and developing mods for Sonic Generations easily. Relevant instructions on how to use it are completely documented on the manual that comes with it.
