unzip the zipfile in gta2/data
run fragcourse install.bat.

das ziparchiv einfach in den ordner gta2/data entpacken
und die datei fragcourse install.bat ausführen.
der INSANE FRAG COURSE ist dann anstelle der 1.stadt anwählbar.
zur deinstallation fragcousre deinstall.bat ausführen.
