This module unlocks character appearance graphics, dwarves and skeletons in single player, packmules in multiplayer, and various built-in heads. Since it does not add any graphics, but instead "unlocks" them, this module is compatible for online play with others who do not have it.

This module unlocks character appearance graphics, dwarves and skeletons in single player, packmules in multiplayer, and various built-in heads.
Since nothing was added, but instead "unlocked", this module works perfectly fine online. Others do not need to have it to play, as it only changes the character creation screen. This module may not work if you use other modules that use the same files. If you have any problems, try removing some of your other modules and see which one is causing the problems. For everyone that uses Icemage's Game Rebalance, remove Characters.dsres from your
\Dungeon Siege\Resources folder to make sure everything works.
Some of the skins may not be shown properly in the character creation screen, but they still work in-game. Some of the effects may not work properly, depending on your video card. If you are experiencing any display problems, try downloading the newest drivers for your video card and see if that helps. To display animated skins in the character creation screen, simply host or join a multiplayer game, then quit. When you go to the single player or multiplayer character creation screens, all animated skins will become animated.
The "Everything" version, created specifically for developers, is needlessly complicated. It is not for the faint of heart. Remember, hair graphics appear over face graphics and shirt graphics appear over pants graphics.
If you would like to allow your packmule to fight, simply replace the line "pack_only = true;" with
"pack_only = false;" (found in the party.gas file inside the .dsparty file containing your saved character). Your packmule will be able to function normally, although it won't be able to talk to any npcs and won't be able to use potions. Your inventory will also be a bit messed up, although it's quite interesting to see a packmule kicking arrows at enemies.
If you find any good built-in skins to be used on skeletons, or any built-in skins that work very well on any character as hair or shirts (such as those nice flowers that can be seen in the "Original" version), be sure to pass them on to me (animated skins will not be accepted). If I find them to be of the best quality, I may add them to the next version of this module and add your name to the list of contributers.
There are only two known issues. Many of the skins in the "Animated" and "Everything" versions do not show up properly, and many appear transparent. Also, if you put a custom skin on your packmule, then allow it to fight by using the method mentioned above, the packmule will have a "body double" which does not move, but instead slides across the ground. Do not report these bugs to the author unless you've found ways to fix them.
Do not try to steal my work and call it your own. Do not add this module, in whole or in part, to one of your compilation modules. Doing so is lame and will make you look stupid.
