Center of Mass file

Center of Mass attempts to correct the uber-aimbot headshooting AI of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear by negating all hits to the head and requiring hits to other body parts in order to get a kill. This results in slightly longer firefights and gives players more of a fighting chance against AI designed for much slower CPUs.
