Surprise! I managed to assemble another beta with many of the latest features & most of the previewed assets with an array of new improvements and bug-fixes, early game crashes should be over by now. More details below
I managed to assemble another beta with many of the latest features & most of the previewed assets. There's a change-log included this time, though this one is not finalized. While this adds in a heavy array of new features, there is still an array of unfinished features and assets and placeholders are many, however most reported bugs and issues have been combated.
The Klingons are playable again, and Cardassians & Dominion can build their Starbases are a primary example.
Other assets & features were temporarily removed in favor of incoming newer ones which should also help with stability that older ones didn't. This will however mean some elements & factions are neutered in some department, such as Federation and Klingons bearing a reduced Defense structure arsenal, but this will not be permanent.
Remember, there is a changelog embedded within the files, but it is somewhat incomplete, some changes you'll have to find for yourself. I recommend you start off with small maps then graduate to the larger ones over time, play with Quick-Start to see some of the new assets early, and be advised that Random Events were not calibrated for this release, I'd advise playing with them off.

There's an error in the Romulan tech tree, the ZV-3 Buzzaed requires you to unlock the C-5C Raptor but that Capital ship is lucked behind the Buzzard in the tree, so there's 3 Romulan Capital ships that can't be unlocked. I'm gonna guess it was meant to be the ZC-5 Raptor at tier 2 to unlock the research for the Buzzard

Starbase construction is routed to Colony ships for all factions, dedicated starbase constructors were removed for more ship slot space

How do you mean? As in enabling the mod?

When you locate your sins mod folder, you'll find it in Mods-Rebellion v1.85 folder, the file is called "EnabledMods". Remember to have Final Edition installed, and have that and this submod enabled, with my submod placed above
