My game crashes when loading save, put back 1.6 (Save Anywhere/Flashing Items)

Fantastic patch, but unfortunately the game crashes after loading a save and going back to the menu. Any idea?

This version includes Scubrah's 'Functional Outpost' Mod? If not, can you add it?
