Pretty cool mod! Loved to see the Filth get modded in!
I think some of the paths (specifically the doors) were a little visually homogeneous, and the new boss was a little tanky.
Also, I agree the nailgun feels a little strange; is the fire rate different? I think most people'll get used to it, so it should be fine.
Loved the soundtrack (especially for the secret level LOL).
