Где ты был год назад мододел? мне пришлось самому билдо npc паки делать. А насчет шейдеров скачай программу ogf editor. Там в разделе текстуры сразу под текстурой (забрала, очков) указано название шейдера. Скачай модель из COP и в ogf editor чекни название и скопируй имя шейдера.
