I did not added on Mod DB Gameplay_EN.txt from base mod (file with description of gameplay features) because this file changed with each update; you can read it's latest version, from Full Edition, here. And, of course, all readmes you can find in the archives with mod and updates.

1. INSTALLCarefully follow the instructions, otherwise the game might not work properly. Install the modification on the ORIGINAL game.
The modification is not deleting automatically, make backup before you install.
0. Extract archive with mod.
Move file forest_sign.txd from folder "english_version\gta3_img" in folder "1. gta3_img".
Then move file proc_rub.txd from folder "english_version\gta_int_img" in folder "2. gta_int_img".
1. With Alci's IMG Editor add ALL FILES from folder "1. gta3_img" with using command: Action -> Import (remove if exists) in the IMG archive
GTA San Andreas\models\gta3.img. Then rebuild archive.2. Same way add ALL FILES from folder "2. gta_int_img" in the IMG archive GTA San Andreas\models\gta_int.img. Make rebuild.
3. Same way add ALL FILES from folder "3. player_img" in the IMG archive GTA San Andreas\models\player.img. Make rebuild.
4. Install "4. summer.exe" in game directory.
Well done!
After you can install updates for the mod that you can download separately from Mod DB. Do not forget to check the directory "Bonus"!

2. HINTS AND TIPS2.1. Hints and tips in gameplay you can see in Gameplay_EN.txt.

2.2. Performance problemsOn some computers can be performance problems. To solve them, try to find the optimal graphics settings through ENB Selector (enb_selector.exe in game folder).
ENB Selector menu is on the Russian language. Meaning of buttons:"Высокие" — High;
"Средние" — Medium;
"Низкие" — Low;
"Очень низкие" — Very low;
"Отключить траву" — Disable mapping of the grass.------
2.3. Other problems.* If after installing the mod, some trees have white texture, or the game does not start, then the modification has been installed not properly.
* If game seems too bright, make the brightness settings lower (Options > Display).
* If after minimizing sounds of nature or music on the beach continue to play, you have minimized the game not properly. Before minimizing press ESC.
* If game displays a windows about the lack of DLL-files, see Bonus folder.
* On testing we observed a rare small bug (?) in a Beach Party script: the music on the beach doesn't always play. Can help minimizing and maximizing the game

* About the fix. This is a small patch included to this release of mod, that has been released in December 2011 as "Fix for Spring Season, Endless Summer and Autumn Sunshine"; patch fixed problem with crashes of the game when you use original grass parameter.

New predator — the fox. In real life foxes usually doesn't usually attack people, but in our mod not only this is possible (bears in real life also do not open
doors of your car). You can find foxes near the farms in the fields (they like to eat chickens), as usually fox — is the new model which does not replace
standard model, and have new sounds.Now animals will not disappear, even if you are miles away from them, this make hunting more dangerous.
Hunter's House was extended: now you can enter the attic — it is new cozy interior with sofa and some other furniture, there you can get rest from the hunt.

In original (base) mod you first could get some information about the sinking pirate ship. Now it is time to solve its secret.
«Treasures of Sea Wolf» quest will offer you to make a real adventure that connected with investigation and mystic. To start adventure: go to the
Hunter's House and carefully read the newspaper (press E near the table with it).... Also in Update 3:
