Overview
Return to Jinglin' Town is a remaster/reimagining of Dann Boeing's classic Christmas in Jinglin' Town map from 2007.
Features
- Lob snowballs and presents through the air in explosive chaos
- Run over Santa in a Hyundai
- Help a drunken Santa save Christmas in the new extensive, fully-voiced Campaign mode
- Save Christmas with your friends in the multiplayer-compatible version of the Campaign
- Face off as Santa or Atnas against the KXMS News Team in Family Feud, the Hero Assault mode
- Defend your home as the master of the house and annihilate the invading troops in the new Survive the Night mode
- Conquer Jinglin' Town in Conquest
- Build up your defenses and have a snowball fight in Hunt
- Kidnap the Baby Penguin in 1-Flag CTF
- Capture the opposing team's flag in 2-Flag CTF
- A holly jolly Christmas soundtrack filled with the classic hits and lesser-known gems
- Complete visual overhaul of all lighting and most models and textures
- Newly imagined winter-themed audio design
- All major (and most minor) bugs from the original map fixed

Hemlo everybody!
Hopefully y'all have had another great year! As with every year so far, AQT and I wanted to share with you even more good news for Return to Jinglin' Town.
We've spent the last couple months fixing up some of the issues with the map and adding some new features to be released today in v1.3!
Here's what's new in this version.
"Survive the Night" survival mode
The most notable change is the addition of Survive the Night, our new Survival mode for the map. In Survive the Night, you must fend off the invading team. Play as the Jinglin' Troopas (Republic) or JingleTroopers (Empire) to defend your homestead to the bitter end.
More passengers per car
Gone now are the days of taking multiple cars to get where you're going. You can now pile up to 3 friends in your car to slaughter Christmas Elves even faster! Jinglin' Town's oil reserves may be plentiful, but sharing is caring. Remember, when you ride alone, you ride with Atnas.

General improvements
Finally, we've made various general improvements to the map and modes, such as but not limited to:
- Added various QOL improvements and fixes for several edge case bugs in Campaign
- Implemented Mod Configurator tool (XM2/data/_LVL_PC/ConfigUtility) that allows you to select which hero combination to play as
- Fixed critical Shader Patch compatibility bug that would cause all weapons to be unusable
- Fixed common issue where particle effects would begin to disappear in long matches
- Added more music tracks and filled in several missing music credits

This is such a brilliant masterpiece, and i play it every single year at christmas time with a friend! :D The campaign is hillarious, absolutely the best SP mod ever made for this game! The after credits scene gets me every time.....and i actually still hope to see Atnas revenge in a Part 2 one day...maybe... perhaps.. ;)

The campaign mode seems to never spawn in Antas after going to the Jawa fort for some reason. Is there a way to fix this?

I actually am friends with Dann Boeing on Steam. He's a chill dude. Glad to have met him when he was working on the campaign he made years back for Left 4 Dead 2. This man really does know how to put in great detailing.
