In addition, Xiongnu’s archer and axe cavalry should be freely convertible, and the armor and health of the two should also be the same. For nomads like Xiongnu, it is natural to master the skills of archery and close combat at the same time. . They are not as prejudiced as some people. The cavalry that uses spears and axes has steeds and good armor, while the long-range cavalry has bad horses and no armor. Not so. For the civilizations of eastern Asia, the quality of cavalry's weapons and horses depends on their social status and property level, or the financial resources of the central government, rather than their archery or close combat.
Among the cavalry in East Asia, the use of lances is considered to be the minimum ability, and those who can shoot arrows are considered the best cavalry, and these people will be given higher treatment.
It is reasonable to use archery cavalry as the main force and use lance cavalry to assist. The emperor of the Tang Dynasty "Lishimin" and "the general Yuchijingde" used to cooperate in this way. . "Lishimin" said: I shoot arrows, and "Yuchijingde" assists me with a lance, even the enemy of a million can't hurt us. This is the best example.
Therefore, I hope Xiongnu and the cavalry of the Han Dynasty can be changed. Cavalry who shoot arrows or use axes, swords and spears should have similar armor and health, and the level of armor should widen the gap between the civilians and the nobles (elite) of Xiongnu.

I borrowed the setting of "Terra Magna" for ancient Chinese chariots, and formed my own game positioning of ancient chariots-mainly relying on collision and rolling sickle to kill enemy infantry, and bows and arrows are used to target other enemies. Because ancient China has a deep tradition of vehicle warfare, there are detailed military books such as "Liutao" that record its tactics and battlefield performance, as well as ancient city sites such as "Yinxu". I have conducted certain research on this and believe that the chariots of late West Asia There is something in common with Chinese chariots, so I actually set up the West Asian ancient chariots in "Mirror" according to the ancient Chinese chariots I know.
Moddb.com
Ancient Chinese chariots were large in size, so even though "Yimao" or "Ji" was very long, it was not the main weapon of the chariot, but bows and arrows. The ancient Chinese chariots would gallop back and forth during battle, scratching the rigid array of infantry with their scythes, and shooting arrows at them while galloping (I think you should understand the early cavalry form described by the Assyrian reliefs. The original cavalry could not ride and shoot. The ancient chariots have this advantage.), or directly break through when their array is loose, and the cavalry will follow them to assist the chariot. I don’t know if you are interested in setting ancient chariots in the game to shoot arrows while galloping, but I hope that in the next version of "Terra Magna", the weapons of ancient Chinese chariots can be bows and arrows, which is closer to historical facts.

I am making a mod called "Mirror", which will change the balance between unit data and civilization, but will not add any new civilization. This does not mean that I am not interested in new civilizations. On the contrary, I have seen that there are already several outstanding Mods with new civilizations added, such as "Aristeia", "Millennium A.D." and"Terra Magna". However, these Mods basically maintained the original data and game mode of "0 AD" for compatibility with the old civilization, and did not explore more changes. I feel a pity. I don’t want to borrow the new civilizations made by these Mods, but hope that when these Mods are updated to adapt to "Xšayāršā", I will make data and balance corrections to them and make an extended version to adapt to the "Mirror" on the "Xšayāršā" ". For this, I hope to discuss with the relevant authors and obtain consent. I also hope that I can get a consensus with you on some production ideas, which will also reduce my future work.

Hello, I have been paying attention to your Mod, because it contains the Han Dynasty in the history of our country and the Xiongnu we are familiar with. For this reason, I made a Chinese patch for "Terra Magna". I want to know what your new version "Terra Magna" on the "Xšayāršā" version will look like? What new changes will it have?
