I noticed that fault too. It will be fixed with the MapPack of the next version of the mod.

Set "Visual Density" in Options - Video to high and all will be fine.

The 2nd hero costs 5500 gold, the 3rd 10500, the 4th 15500 and so on. With this setting the AI doesn't spam so many heroes.

The Mod changes the morale system because it causes errors during multiplayer (LAN/online) matches.
Good Morale gives your creature a stat bonus instead of an extra turn. Bad morale reduces values.
While installing the mod you have choosen this patch.

In the Custom folder of the setup you find a file "Heroes 7.5 Undo Morale Multiplayer Patch.msi" to undo the morale changes.

The mod must be placed in the users documents folder, that's the only way it works, it is set by the game. If you dont have enough space, you have to move your documents folder. (ask google how)

There are different types of multiplayer. Some work better than others.
HotSeat > LAN > LAN (online with Radmin Tool) > Ubi Online Servers

Don't run the installer as administrator. It must be the same user with which you start the game. The installer extracts the mod temporary to AppData\Roaming and than sorts the files into the local users Heroes7 folder in Documents.
