Played this with HL2 and I loved it, the new effects and animations, everything, really an amazing mod.
Also I see you want to add new combine soldiers, I suggest looking at Half Life Alyx, to add more variety that actually has tactical purpose, like a suppresor unit that fires so the others flank, using a shield so grenades have a better purpose, things like that

Hello there, I come to tell you that if you want to work to help on Brutal Pack v10 release you could come with us in discord, I see you have a lot of skill porting stuff and coding and you could be of great help, JTC3 made a discord server where we discuss, show what's new and talk about the new direction that the mod has taken centered around balance, fast-paced but cerebral combat.

You can contact any of us in discord JTC3#5708 or me Wolf1366#7628 because he's more busy, so we add you to the Brutal Pack server, with a disponible beta to download

I also gave the link to the mod a bunch of times before, but I don't consider my mod to be 100% PB 3.0, there is things that I added from Brutal Doom enemy gore, or from other mods like the fists from Ali's Brutal Doom, is a mix of everything I like to play with friends, hell there is even a fatality for the Arachnotron head that I showed in the discord server from PB

I'm already working on your version of the mod, added a lot of cool stuff, gore, effects, enemy behaviour, added stuff from other mods to my taste to play with friends and also added kick animations and stomp feature, new fatalities from discord server including a new Cyberdemon fatality, cyberdemon cannon, among many other things

Did you based that port on this? Because I want to play multiplayer on spare times with this version but I don't know if it's based on this or not

Great mod! It's almost perfect except for one thing, is the new BDv21 blood sprites when cutting are missing, especifically "CSB1R0.png, CSB1S0.png, CSB1T0.png, CSB1U0.png, CSG1R0.png, CSG1T0.png, CSG1U0.png, CSR1R0.png, CSR1S0.png CSR1T0.png, CSR1U0.png"
Looks like a minor complaint but for me these effects are really good

I just edited in one day Bolognese and edited decals from Meatgrinder and stuff to make it compatible with this version.

There are some bugs in fatality sounds and bloody footsteps not showing but the rest is a big and really noticeable visual improvement.

If someone knows how to fix these bugs please tell

There is a bug where Imps and most of the monsters doesn't leave any health bonus after fatalities, also Arachnorb fatality doesn't spawn any blood

These updates, even if it's little things and bug fixes makes everything better, but before reporting any more bugs I want to ask if it's a bug that certain weapons can't be selected anymore, it's because there is no code for fast melee attacks and other stuff and we should wait for the official release of BPv10, or there is going to be any update for those weapons? (AA-12, Unmaker, SMG, Flamethrower, Nuke, etc)

I've noticed that FP Executions are buggy than ever, always plays the same kick execution and the dead bodies sprites are extremely bugged, or they don't show any damage at all looking without any damage, or they show different damage (Imp kick in the head showing a hole in the stomach by a shotgun) or even they show another zombie corpse (Shotgun Zombie shows Rifle zombie after execution).
But even worse is when sometimes an execution plays (not the same kick) punching literally nothing in the floor, for no reason.

For the melee alt-fire I suggest making the first punch like that and having a delay that can be decided by the player to hold the second punch to a max by 3 seconds until it releases, increasing the damage over time greatly, even more than it's before this update, but making the player stand still during the punch leaving him vulnerable, which he can kick afterwards to quit anything behind. Such punch should at least obliterate pinkies in Berserk like it was a rocket, and IMO looking stronger and manlier with this sprite Imgur.com
I say this because I think having the alt-fire and second fire on fists doing similar damage are redundant.

Also I want to ask if blood on screen will come back at some point, because it was a feature in what I see from videos in BPv9 and gives great feedback for using the chainsaw or a point blank shotgun, I recommend having a look on BD:Black Edition sprites that also come in blue and green colors and splash on the screen with ease

I didn't know about this mod before and it's great, really makes all fast paced and much more better, but I found some bugs: Wall decals are transparent, blood on screen during fatalities doesn't drop on the screen (yeah I know these subUV multi-frame particles), melee is bugged (can't execute pinkies, kicks kill the enemies most of the time), and the few times I could kill enemies in first person most of the executions were bugged.
