Description

Gomphotherium is a genus of proboscids similar to a modern elephant and it is the eighth huntable animal of the tour. It presents four tusks: two on the upper jaw and two on the lower jaw. This giant herbivore uses its tusks to dig or scrape vegetation, but also to protect itself from predators. Though these animals are not usually aggressive, they can/will run at you if they sense you’re provoking them!
