This mod is heavily inspired by the Half Life 2 beta yet it is not at all a recreation of it, it presents a uniquely altered and modified narrative. Kinda! Something similar, well to be honest it's a small apartment build in some kind of canals in City 17
mabye its just me but i think thats cooler it showcases that the combine would put people wherever they can and dont care where
That's literally what's happening in ExOps' City 17, the citizens are placed everywhere, they live like concentrated ants.
