What this mod does( V2 version which has not been released yet ):

Add a lot of cars of 1930-1940s based games like Mafia, Mafia II, La Noire and other classic cars for other games, the 1900s and 1920s too.

Add Billboards, Supermarket products from the Era, both real and fictional

Modify Building interiors in order to give them a 1940s look, also exteriors of some buildings

Add weapons From the Era such MG42(My Favorite, I Recommend Stay Upside the Tram and Shot, Causing much trouble Possible to Every force, From police to The American Army)

The mod add music for the era too

planes for the era(Gloster Meteor and Others)

a lot for skins(Replacement for peds) and job possibilities

History: The West coast in the 1940s has become a highly profitable place for Mobsters and criminal organizations, after some time in europe, your character returns after hearing about the death of your mother, the organization you're part of, the Martinelli family, has been losing many influence to the rival Bartoletti family, who is going against the rules of the commission about the sale of narcotics, profiting greatly from the pratice, The Martinelli family is also losing space to mobsters from Empire Bay, Lost Heaven and Liberty City. with a large number of the police in their payroll, the police force is very antagonistic towards you great to two detectives. Your objective is to return your family to Glory, help your brother get the family's influence back.

Side missions and jobs are expected to be added, as well as some DYOM MIssions also which would be sent separately, maybe the possibility to collect protection money in Grove street too.

Leader: Sam Trapani (Cesar Vialpando):

This follows an alternate timeline where Tommy Angelo spared Sam's life after the gallery shootout, and Sam's loyalty to Salieri is not as high as in Mafia/Mafia Definitive edition, he flees to Los Santos while being presumed dead and founds his own organization.

Martinelli Crime Family(you're part of ) (Grove Street)

Don: Donald Martinelli Johnson( Boss/Don, he is an non canon ancestor of Sweet/Sean Johnson )

Having traditionalist beliefs similar to those of fellow Empire bay Don Frank Vinci, and to Ennio Salieri before the Salieri-Morello War, Johnson is vehemently against the sale of narcotics in his territory.

Underboss: Alphonse "Al" Capone ( Big Smoke ), this follows an alternate timeline where Capone fled to San Andreas after getting a lookalike arrested instead which would die in 1947 like the real capone did, he would join the Martinelli/Johnson Crime family. Unlike the Don however, Capone does not oppose the sale of narcotics even if this means going over the commission rules.

Romeo Crime Family( Triads ):

Cameo Character: Frank Vinci( Ran Fa li ): Vinci, Don of the Vinci crime family, creates an alliance with Louie Romeo in order to expand both the Vinci and Romeo families influence on the West Coast, in form of an informal Anti Clemente-Falcone alliance.

Leader: Louie Romeo: (Woozie)

Louie Romeo is the biggest mob leader of the West Coast, He has an interest in taking over the operations of the El Deserto casino from the other families that control it, having wide influence with the movie studios and the unions.

Falcone Crime family ( Leones )

Leader: Carlo Falcone ( Salvatore Leone ):
Like Vinci, Carlo is interested in expanding his influence through the West coast, investing heavily in a Casino alongside two other families who the profits are shared with.

Capo: Eddie Scarpa ( Ken Rosenberg ):
On an alternate timeline where Carlo assassinated Tomaso Moretti in 1933 but in Vice City, he formed the Falcone Crime family out of what remained. He wanted to reward Eddie so he appointed him the owner of the Garden of Eden in Empire Bay. The two are still close friends, although Carlo secretly views Eddie as a liability due to a poorly concealed drinking problem, Eddie aspires to become the organization's underboss someday.

Clemente Crime Family ( Loco Syndicate/San Fierro Rifa )

Don: Alberto Clemente( Does not appear in-mod )

Head of Clemente operations in the West Coast: Fredo Clemente ( T-bone ):

Fredo Clemente is the brother of Empire Bay mob boss Alberto Clemente and an influential gangster in Havana, Cuba, Going to the West Coast in order to expand the influence of the Empire Bay Clemente Family as a favor for his brother Alberto as the latter believed his organization could be in danger should he went there himself.

Soldato: Henry Tomasino ( Mike Toreno ):
a full member of the Clemente Family, he is regarded as a loyal soldier and respected hitman. Henry is reserved and has few friends. His sole motivation is pride, Henry had handed the OPA job to now Arrested Clemente associate Vito Scaletta, while also warning Joe Barbaro of a plan by Luca Gurino to murder the same, Some suspect however that Henry might actually be working for the Federal Bureau of Narcotics and might be an informant. Henry was sent to the West Coast as a backup for Fredo.

Luca Gurino ( B-dup ):

Another mobster from Empire Bay, Luca gained his position of capo after entombing his predecessor in the foundation of the Culver Dam. Always meticulously presented, Luca tries to mask his crude nature with an air of sophistication, though his ignorance always shows through. He was involved in Clemente's bootlegging operation during Prohibition, and afterwards attended to some of the family's more grim tasks at the Clemente Slaughterhouse, where his ruthless nature drove him up the ranks. Luca's ruthlessness made him the perfect representative besides Fredo and Henry to increase the Clemente's influence in Los Santos and other West Coast Cities, while being protected by the Bartoletti family, Clemente's allies in the West Coast and especially Los Santos.

Siegel Crime Family( Sindacco Family ):

Boss: Bugsy Siegel( Johnny Sindacco ).

Founder of Murder.Inc, and a driving force behind the development of the Las Venturas strip, Siegel is influential within the Jewish Mob, along with his childhood friend and fellow gangster Meyer Lansky, and he also holds significant influence within the Italian American Mafia, and the National Crime Syndicate. He is described as handsome and charismatic, and is a front-page celebrity gangster, Alongside the Falcone and Gambetti, He has a share of the El Deserto casino.

Gambetti Crime Family( Forelli ): The strongest family of Liberty City, Alongside the Falcones and Gambetti, it has a share of the El Deserto casino.

Bartoletti Crime Family ( Ballas ): A Rising force in Los Santos, the Bartoletti have greatly reduced the power of your organization, becoming the strongest family in Los Santos, they disregard the rules of The Commission in regards of drug dealing, and are a far more agressive crime family than the other ones, having some similarities to the Morello crime family in Lost Heaven.

Mayorka Crime Family( Vagos ):
The first mexican Mafia in the West Coast, they don't follow the rules of the commission as they are not italians, and are allied with the Bartolettis. They are rivals with your organization as well, and like the Bartoletti they have some of the police force in their Payroll, They were formely allied with the Morello Crime family until the Death of Marcu Morello.
