Based on characters from comic book author Todd McFarlane, KISS Psycho Circus: The Nightmare Child brings the horror and carnage of the Psycho Circus to the PC in a shooter format. There are two-dozen creatures to battle with and three classes of weapons to use, each with four specific types: melee (beast claws, thornblade, twister and punisher), common (zero cannon, magma cannon, windblade and scourge) and ultimate (stargaze, galaxion, spirit lance and draco). In addition to the weaponry, temporary power-ups and instant items such as health, attack and defense powers are available.

Hi, I'm brand new to the site and a huge fan of the game. I have no idea if this is the right place, but I made a blog post for glitch idea fixes if someone is looking to make a patch, definitive edition, etc.
Some of these glitches can ruin game progress, and some like missing the whip and the boots in the Air Realm ruined my progress as a kid. I remember picking up Ace Frehley's gauntlets, running back to the locked key door, and jumping on enemies heads to get the key without the boots.

Also, I can confirm that the 3rd person crouching glitch also works on the stock Dreamcast version with real hardware, so it's a problem with the way the devs made KPC, rather than a problem with the Windows 10 patch. Check the 5:29 mark in my video. "Doctor Attitude 2" is the name of my generic gameplay channel. I also think I was the one to help you find the foreign PC games, IICR, because a modder asked me for help finding them. Can't remember if it was for this mod or something else.
Thanks friend, unfortunately I don't think these bugs will be fixed soon since there is no tool to change the game source code. But I hope when GOG or STEAM decide to sell this game their game developers fix that before releasing using game reverse engineering ;)

I've have a weird issue.
Tried the game with 2 laptops, one is working second is not.
Where is working: I7-11th. gen, RTX 3050ti, Win11 - patch applied - working fine
Not working: I5-12th. gen, RTX4050, Win11 - patch applied.
I cannot find the reason why its not working, doing the same with both laptops.
Hi please check if the not working laptop has a video resolution above 2048x1536 (Users reported the game doesn't work above this resolution)
Also check if you installed these following softwares in both laptops:
-Activate DirectPlay in your Windows (It's essential to play KPC in Win 10 and 11)
-Install DirectX 9.0c End-User Runtimes (June 2010)
-Install Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes All-in-One
-Install K-Lite Codec Pack Full (Or else many games crash when videos play)
-Install nGlide - Glide wrapper
-Install and Activate .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1
-Check if DirectDraw acceleration and Direct3D acceleration are enabled in your windows
-Disable Windows DEP (Data Execution Prevention) for the game executable in case the "psycho.exe"
If nothing solves maybe some hardware is incompatible and would be hard to identify since laptops have many integrated hardware, but even external devices like mouse or joysticks could be the problem.
I've been having a lot of issues with mouse input in this game, mouse skips frames, acceleration is awful, and I cannot seem to make it playable. I got a G502 Lightspeed wireless, and from what I have read on other forums, blood 2 has issues too with logitech products and they recommended me to switch from 1000 input speed to 125 in logitech GHub, but it seems that this worsens my problem even further by adding a big input delay and being very sturttery. Do you know anything about this? Any fixes? Also nice mod, I remember when we had to use the compatibility administrator to fix this game. :))
Hi would like to help but I can't reproduce your issue. Hardware issue is a complex problem cause I never know if it's related to the game engine or the patch files. Hope someone else could help you if they have the same problem. I already limited the game to 60 fps in this patch ;)
In order to get smooth mouse input, besides just changing polling rate in your mouse software you also need to cap your games framerate to 60 fps, and it exactly needs to be 60 fps even if your display has higher refreshrate. I recommend capping it with RivaTunerStatisticsServer tool it works really well with this game.
