Adds Thomas Macabee from the Dark Crusade campaign to the Necron race.

Description

Vizier is now a flying unit, a placeholder model has been added for the Uuomb Spider Animus (a Uuomb Scarab test model has also been added to the army painter for people to look at.)

I'll update this soon so the vizier's ability to improve resurrection chances actually works , it seemed to be working on my version last time I checked it, but I think I hadn't actually implemented it onto the currently uploaded version properly back when I actually uploaded it)
