Bag of Holding. Stores and also upgrades/downgrades your gems/runes.
If you store 9 chips, you can extract a normal gem
If you store a prefect gem, it will store 81 chips in the bag, then you can extract any; lower quality
If the bag gas 81 chips, you can get 1 pgem, or any other lower quality
the extractor will tell you how many gems and runes per tier it needs
Basically, whatever you store, you can get out.
And, also upgrade/downgrade gems/runes
you don't actually store 81 chips in the bag. You just store a say flawless gem, it will store 27 chips in the bag
So everything is converted to chips to store in bag. Then it need X chips to get Y quality out.
Same with runes.
When you are in inventory, right click any rune/gem to add it to the bag!
When cube is open, just right click a gem extractor to auto send it to cube and auto transmute
QoL changes
Hold down the Z key or the G key, and hover over any items to move them to stash, or if the cube is open, move to cube and auto transmute

Push the X key on keyboard to send transmute command when cube is open
You can experiment and check things out how they ;work best for you
Middle mouse wheel up/down will transmogrify items
Do not right click to transmogrify anymore

open cube
send harvester to cube
send the item your mouse is on to cube
send transmute command
So you can cube the items into the harvester easily/quickly with one click.
Right click any item to move it to stash/inv/cube
