Simplistic yet infinitely fun series. The original trilogy is great, but what really makes the game is the amazing modding community that I am proud to be a part of! Viva la Carnivores mods

great for modding.. but now theyres the modders edition. which is way better than the original. and if someone even wanted to play the original they could just play Carnivores 2+.

I don't see any reason to play the base carnivores 2 upon its improved version
carnivores 2+

Good, but you should play Carnivores 2+

If this was a nostalgic review this would without a doubt be a 10/10. But, it is still a highly enjoyable game and has the best community I have ever seen. The amount of passion some people have toward this game is simply mind blowing. I mean, they created a whole multiverse of mods!It is still without a doubt one of my all time favs.

This sets the standard for carnivores mods truly well done maps great weapon selection and some of the best animals yet it's so professionally done it feels like the actual next game in the series.

Simple yet incredibly fun game. It'll take you back to the early 2000's, the golden era of videogames. It doesn't have hundreds of maps, weapons, and creatures, but it succeeds in making the hunt enjoyable and worthwhile.

Freedom is one of its best qualities. There are no set objectives, or missions. You just pick which dinosaurs you want to hunt, where, and with what weapons. Or, if you fancy exploration, forget the dinosaurs and explore.

The simplistic nature of the game turns its gameplay soothing and mysterious at the same time. Walking through prehistoric islands among the creatures of the past, and finding old ruin of past civilizations, the sense of adventure is never lost.
