Depois que uma rocha brilhante surge na cidade, as coisas ficaram fora de controle, tais como o clima e as pessoas, assim como um grupo de colegas de classe que aprendeu poderes de um livro muito estranho. Agora, eles vão tentar descobrir o que está causando tudo isso, enquanto se enfrentam em meio a esse caos.
Duelos e Caos é um jogo de luta 2D com gráficos retro e uma história misteriosa. Baseado em uma fanzine, o jogo agora foi reformulado. Com visual novo, modos novos de jogo, balanceamento, além dos modos clássicos dos jogos de luta, como os modos arcade, versus, sobrevivência, entre outros. Você pode fazer combos, usar golpes especiais, super ataques e hiper ataques, jogar em dupla com a cpu, ou com um amigo.
