I have one more suggestion, probably one of the last, thanks for answering to everything up until now!!

-Will random events/Historical events having some in-game consequence be added? Like in VC, there's this quest of a big battle between saxons and vikings, perhaps late in the campaign you can partecipate at the Battle of Brenna, in a marked location, after a quest.
Or random events, you stumble upon some bandits/treasure etc, then you have multiple choices

I chose Temeria because I love Foltest and in the Witcher lore, Nilfgaardians are invaders plus they get owned several times by the Northern Kingdoms, I'm forced to make Nilfgaard win the war in the Witcher 3 for having Ciri becoming Empress and because I always play all side quests, I can't let Dijkstra Kill Roche and Ves, so either way, In my 2 full playthroughts, I'm on the third one, Nilfgaard always won ultimately, in this mod I'll defeat Nilfgaard myself :D

You could ask help to the Aut Caesar Aut Nihil modder, Maxi. He made a feature to become Emperor, usurping the Throne, basically it's a completely different timeperiod obviously, the mod is set in Ancient Rome, there you need to have a very high relation with a very important and unique lord, a specific event must already have occured and then you can bribe him, with 1 million gold, he'll support you in the upcoming civil war, you become the leader of a new faction, most generals become hostile, you need to weaken their kingdom, defeating armies and then capturing the faction leader, having him in your prisoner party, then you talk to him and basically, there's a dialog and you become Rightful Emperor and the faction you were at war with becomes your own

You gotta ask Maxi how to implement this tho
Perhaps it'd be wise if you could enlarge the people involved in the project and start recruiting new team members. Good luck

Another suggestion:
In the future versions of the mod it would be grand if you could add joinable orders such as Phopesy of Pendor ones and mercenary camps spread around the map.

For example, the possibility of joining the Order of the Flaming Rose in most major cities of the Northern Kingdoms factions and the Witch Hunters In Redanian cities
Plus the possibility to start off as the Elven Race and join the Scoia'tel at a camp of their's, with perhaps a questline to help them in their struggle.

Another very cool thing that could be implemented, is the Wild Hunt. Do you know the Black Knights invasion? You could replace that faction with the Wild Hunt, that invade at some time during the campaign, with the options to make them NEVER invade, so toggling the feature off, make them immediately spawn or choose the exact day of their invasion (all these options are already included, I'm just listing them as a reminder), if this isn't possible it'd still be awesome to see Eredin and other Wild Hunt members having a role in the mod regardless.

If that goes against the lore, it'd be awesome to have a Nilfgaardian Invasion Army, yes, their faction will already be there, but they could get weakened so sometime in the campaign, an army of reinforcments spawn invading the Northern Kingdoms, this would be epic

Enlisting in a lord's army would be extremely cool anytime same for the diplomacy lock. I look forward to that!
Yeah, Playing as King Henselt, Foltest, Demavend etc. would be epic, perhaps having special weapons along with the unique armor set :D

Oh I see, sounds great! Perhaps you could try looking for scripters and dialogue-writers in the future, for adding new quests and expanding the mod's concept and scope! It would make it become even more unique.

Yes, I do have some more questions now that I think about it.

-The mod will be based on VC system, which sadly lacks Freelancer
So, do you intend to add freelancer?
-Will you able to start as a Monarch like in VC?
-Will some Faction be locked in diplomacy for respecting the lore? Like making a faction never peace another because they were historical enemies in the Witcher universe, so having a feature to enforce war and to never declare peace.
-There was a mod called: "Skyrim Civil War" which used Skyrim assets without asking for permission, it was taken down for copyright reasons long ago. What about this mod? Did you take any asset, and if so, did you obtain permissions for them? I'm very curious because It'd be a real shame if this mod was taken down for the same reason, so I would like to be comforted about this detail.

Wow! I've always dreamed of a Witcher mod for Warband!
This looks very ambitious and promising! I remember a Witcher mod being developed years back on Talewords, it was then cancelled, I think it was another separate project, anyhow, best of luck with the development, can't wait to play this!

A couple of questions:

-Will a Witcher race be playable? Perhaps a starting option or having Kaer Morhen in the map, going there and having some new quests about the ritual to become a Witcher, the mutations and so ending up having boosted stats/changes in relations with some factions/unique choices/events, perhaps some contracts to pursue, that would be spectacular.

-Which time-period will the mod be set in?
Will it be more inspired by the books or videogames?
I hope not the Netflix TV-series because, that was a completely awful nonsense fake and cheap version of the Witcher

This mod is extremely ambitious and grand. Sadly It's dead, or at least I tried to get in servers in periods of months and there was never more than a handful of players, like of 6 in a server. Shame that it is dead. This mods needs lot of people to be fully enjoyed

If the installation instructions aren't too clear:

-You'll need 7zip or Winrar.

-Download the mod file

-Go to the disk where your warband game is located and go to the directory: Steam/steamapps/common/Mount & blade Warband/ Modules. Now, make a backup of the folder "Napoleonic Wars" on your dekstop or wherever and then delete it from Modules.

-Extract the archive with 7zip or Winrar

-Make sure to Rename the downloaded folder from Napoleonic_Wars_2 to Napoleonic Wars

-Copy and paste the Napoleonic Wars Folder where your warband game is located so for me its: E:/Steam/steamapps/common/Mount & blade Warband/ Modules (same as above)

-Now make sure that the folder in Modules contain all the files (such as Data, GLShaders etc) and NOT another subfolder called Napoleonic Wars


The loading time may take more depending on your computer specs and internet connection. It won't freeze mid-loading but it takes more time than Vanilla NW to load since it's a much bigger file.

Very interesting mod. I've played it for a few hours. I've tried all campaigns shortly and in each of them I've used the toggle fog of war off console command, to see the world map, armies dispositions etc.
I would like to bring something to the developer's attention. Perhaps he can tell me the reasons of these choices.

-Most settlements of all factions have no garrison and are on the verge of revolt, at the very start of every campaign...

-Hunnic Armies and other non-roman factions have extremely few armies, maximum of 3 full stacks, while in some cases the Romans have double that number and in a very close zone too, this makes several campaigns unbalanced and makes the Romans OP.

-On some campaigns generals have no loyalty (Even Belisarius, which was one of the most loyal generals in Roman History)

Now, I have a question, are there any scripted invasions, historical battles scenarios at a certain turn, armies spawning at some point in the campaign? Because if not, it just feels too easy to conquer the whole world map, especially with Rome always controlling two half of the world map basically. Invasions don't feel like invasions at all, there should be wayyy more full stack armies, their amount as of now is ridicolously low...
