Honestly, I don’t know what you have succeeded in here, much of what you demonstrate is good details, but where is the gameplay?

This is a failed strategy.
This must be a serious concept. But I doubt that you will cope with this, many people take on this kind of thing, but as a rule, no one finishes.
And better than showing empty maps and some map improvements (upscale, etc.), show really significant things, how is this mod played in general?
You show a zipline, but it also looks so-so. Think about those details that will ALWAYS be in the gameplay. These are NPCs and weapons... So far everything is so-so, the page for this “project” is too much IMHO.
It’s better to think about how player play on these maps than to improve them with upscaling and so on, this should be done last...
Nikolai Aulov's project (CSS RESKIN), although he stole many assets, still there is really a game and gameplay here.
