That's the default Project Brutality Alt HUD. Only just noticed this comment today. Not sure why I didn't see a notification.
Thanks, I was just trying to figure out how to activate it, since my game starts with the default DOOM 2 HUD
With Project Brutality running, press the + key to switch to it. - key to switch back.
